We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will be deemed effective upon publication on the PeachiBoo website and will apply to any subsequent orders received.
PeachiBoo is providing this site and its contents on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents. PeachiBoo disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, PeachiBoo does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.
Limitation of Liability
Except as specifically stated on this site, neither PeachiBoo nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.
Orders placed with PeachiBoo containing personalised items can take up to 10 working days to be dispatched. Please note that these are estimated lead times and can take up to 14 working days during busier periods. All delivery and dispatch timescales quoted on the website do not include weekends or bank holidays.
If you have a question or require a faster delivery please contact us on 0844 417 2647 to enquire whether it's possible to obtain a faster delivery date. Delays are usually outside our control e.g. manufacturer cannot supply etc. but we will always do our very best to meet with the estimated delivery times advertised throughout the web site.
We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received.
You may specify a delivery address which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the Products directly to a friend, a relative, or to your place of work. Your items will be delivered to the invoice or delivery address only.
If you order has not arrived within 7 working days, after dispatch date, it is considered 'Lost'. We shall provide a tracking number if available upon request. In the event that we reproduce an item for you and subsequently the original is returned as undelivered by Royal Mail, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee up to 100% of the sales price of the reproduced product.
Pricing and Payment
Prices of products are subject to change without notice. The price payable by you is the price of the product as advertised on our website at the time of you placing your order. All PeachiBoo online transactions are fully secured through WorldPay. Your payment details are not stored on our system and we keep no record of your credit card details.
Your credit card payment is authorized and processed at the point you place an order with us.
All products are subject to availability, while stocks last. We reserve the right to withdraw any product(s) from sale without incurring any liability.
Should any product(s) you order be out of stock or unavailable, we will inform you by telephone or email suggesting an alternative product or allowing you to cancel your order should you wish. If we do not hear otherwise, we will send out your product(s) when back in stock.
Any information you enter into our website will only ever be used by us for the purpose of fulfilling your order, or to send you relevant marketing information. Please rest assured that we will never sell or pass your information to any third party under any circumstances.
You can check the information that we hold about you by logging into your account on our web site, or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
You are deemed to have placed an order with us upon completion of our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered. Orders can also be placed by calling 0844 417 2647.
We will be unable to process an order:-
(a) Where goods are not available (b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment (c) If there has been a pricing or product description error (d) If the order is to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom. (e) If your order for personalised products contains content which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate personalisation at all times. Text provided to PeachiBoo will be used to personalise items and as such great care should be taken for accuracy, spelling and capitalisation. Unless otherwise stated only characters from English keyboard can be personalised.
Caring for your item
Due to the delicate nature of embroidered products, we would recommend that our garments are treated with care. Please avoid using harsh chemicals and ensure that the items are ironed on a low heat on their reverse. Our production process involves the use of adhesive which may at times leave a temporary residue. Please ensure you wash the garment prior to use.
Your Right to Cancel
Due to the personalised nature of our products, a cooling off period will not apply to items that have already started to be produced. Should you have placed an incorrect order or notice an error in your order detail, please contact us immediately on 0844 417 2647, where we will endeavour to support you in correcting the matter. All other statutory rights remain unaffected.
Please email email@example.com before returning any item(s) to us.
If an item received is incorrect, faulty, damaged or in circumstances where personalisation is incorrect due
to our error, we shall of course be happy to provide you with a like for like replacement of the item at no cost to you. We may require you to return the original item, in which case we will also refund the return postage cost.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package back using a delivery service that provides a tracking number such as 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded post.
